Before you sign up, here are the group’s guidelines.

  1. This organization aims to offer a unique advertising channel and referral network to a small group of well-established wedding professionals.
  2. Premier Wedding Group members will be the only vendors who will have access to the Brides-to-be Facebook audience. Once a field category (such as photography) is filled, all other vendors in that same category will be removed from the site and placed on a waiting list.
  3. Nearly every field category will have no more than five vendors. A number of service categories will have fewer openings. This will eliminate the chaotic competition between vendors and ensure that all Premier wedding Group members have the greatest chances of connecting with prospective brides and acheive the very best return on investment possible.
  4. As a Premier Wedding Group member, you will receive alerts of every request submitted by brides for your professional services.
  5. Group members are asked to promote each other’s businesses on the Brides-to-be Facebook page. When you are communicating on the Brides to be in MA & Southern NH group page, you are not permitted to introduce a company that does not belong to the Premier Bridal Group unless that professional category is currently empty.
  6. If requests for a professional field become stagnant, we will help you reach your audience by creating posts to stimulate conversation, interest, and opportunities.
  7. All Premier Wedding Group members are asked to refer their clients back to the group so that others can benefit from your success. With everyone working together in this way, we can help create a steady stream of sales leads that will further benefit everyone in the group.
  8. A subscription offers you the opportunity to promote a single professional service. In fairness to all vendors in this group, if you would like to promote multiple services such as photography and video on the facebook page, you must purchase that additional space. This group will be kept reasonably small so that everyone will benefit from the pool of brides that request recommendations for services. If you pitch your business to a prospective client in a category that you have not purchased, you are stealing an opportunity from a member who paid for that exposure. You will be warned once and then removed from the organization if it happens again.
  9. The current purpose of this website is to establish the initial group of professionals. Once most categories are reserved, this website will be transformed into a catalog-style presentation similar to The Knot to highlight our member’s businesses to newly engaged brides. Once the website is completed sometime in early March, it will be regularly promoted on the Facebook page.
  10. Each Premier Wedding Group member will have a dedicated page to highlight their business on this website. For those who need a little help with their presentation, I will work with you to style the page so that your business identity has a very polished, professional look. Here is a sample page I created for my band https://premierweddinggroup.com/bands/boston-premier/
  11. Vendors who are not good team players or have low standards will not be renewed.
  12. These guidelines are subject to change.

A six-month membership is $250.00. At the end of the term, you will have the option to renew or cancel. Each membership entitles you to promote a single service. If you offer multiple services such as officiating and tent rentals, or photography and Video, you must purchase a membership for that second service.
